Victor is a sweet, quiet young man who loves to be around people He was found abandoned with a skull fracture which resulted in a brain injury. He has a kind spirit and gentle presence and loves to explore, especially at the beach. He works great one-on-one with our onsite tutor. He is devoted to learning and enjoys the structure of class.
