Silas is an exuberant and playful young man. He loves the water, whether its playing water games at home or rolling around in the waves at the beach. He is quite mischievous, at times making noises he knows his foster brothers don’t like. He loves music time in his on-site classes and generally does not stay in one place unless he is engaged in an activity.
