Jessie is an affectionate, giggly and bright young girl in Jubilee Home. She has cerebral palsy. Jessie loves one-on-one time with people, she is perfectly content to relax with her friends. Jessie absolutely adores her caregiver. She loves to go for long rides in her wheelchair and often laughs and giggles when doing so. She has a beautiful smile and we so love hearing her joyful laughter.
