Jasper is a quiet, sweet boy who loves to be tickled. He has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy and kyphosis. Jasper has the sweetest laugh and enjoys being held and sitting outside to watch thats going on all around him. He loves the sound of car and auto horns and will laugh and kick his legs anytime he hears the noise.
