Evi is the true babe of Jubilee. At nine years old she is the youngest member in a house filled with teenage girls. She is absolutely adored by her foster sisters and caregiver and everyone loves to make her laugh. She is shy, but loves to listen to music, being rocked in the rocking chair, and going to bed. Evi has cerebral palsy and is working hard with her physical therapist to be able to sit up. She has a beautiful smile and it has been privilege to watch her truly begin to shine and thrive at Jubilee Home!
