Dorothy is a real sweetheart. She is a kind and gentle soul who is always laughing and smiling. She absolutely adores her caregiver and is always so excited to be with her. She loves to play and be with the other girls - especially Rhoda. You can regularly find her playing with her toy phone and dancing to music. Dorothy has cerebral palsy and an intellectual disability.
