New Horizons is a school/vocational program run out of Jubilee Home for our older girls with cognitive delays. Our team of local teaching staff works both individually with the girls to focus on their learning needs and in a group setting to establish good social skills while interacting with one another. Circle time takes place in the morning where the girls sing songs together while playing musical instruments. The program takes place 5 days a week and is run collectively by local and foreign staff.
